"Balance" is a rubbery base of comfortable medium-liquid consistency that is ideal for both experienced professionals and beginners. It combines plasticity and hardness in a balanced way. It has an ideal adhesion to the nail plate. The base can be used as a substrate, for leveling the nail plate, as well as for fixing the models made with the stamp, stickers. How to use: Apply a thin base layer to the prepared nail plate. Polymerization in an LED lamp for 30 sec., in a UV lamp for 1 min. The base is removed by filing or soaking with acetone. Not recommended for use on severely damaged/thin nails.
